Silo Point

LOCUST POINT: BALTIMORE, MARYLAND

Once upon a time, we were granted the amazing opportunity to design the interior of a large industrial loft space located in the Locust Point neighborhood of Baltimore. The building itself, called Silo Point, was originally a B&O Railroad grain elevator constructed in 1923, the largest and fastest in the world.

BOLD – LUXURIOUS – COLORFUL

Today, this building houses unique, luxurious loft condominium units and two-story townhomes with breathtaking views of the Downtown Baltimore harbor. This was a fun project because we were permitted to do pretty much anything we wanted with the 2,000+ square foot model condo unit (aside from moving in!).
